Terms Of 14 Day 'Cooling Off' Period Cancellations
As a Joe Creek customer have the right under the Distance Selling Regulations to cancel at any time within a 14 working day cancellation period which starts from the date of the goods being delivered. This must be done by notifying this intention to Joe Creek in writing by emailing sales@joecreek.com or by calling 0333 880 5450
We are happy to refund or exchange an item, however you will be responsible for returning the goods including all accessories to us at your own cost unless otherwise stated.
All items covered by a 12 month guarantee (unless otherwise stated)
If the fault has developed within 30 days of delivery please notify us at sales@joecreek.com we will offer a refund, including original postage costs (not return postage costs) or a replacement product once the original product has been returned to our team for assessment and verification of the fault.
If within 12 months and If you believe your goods are faulty please contact us and will be able to arrange and we will advise how you can return the faulty good.
To enable us to resolve this for you as quickly as possible, please provide the following information when getting in touch:
If a faulty item is deemed to be caused by negligence, no refund (Product, delivery charge, nor return postage) or exchange will be made.
If the product is covered by a guarantee longer than 12 months (e.g. 24 months or 36 months) please contact the manufacturer directly.
